Description
This is a used, but working, Tap-Rite 3740 Series brass CO2 regulator and steel wrench, as shown in the first photo. It's setup for soda with a higher range (0-160 PSI) valve and a flare fitting output. As it is now, with the the higher range (0-160), you wouldn't have as much control over the output as if you installed a 0-50 PSI valve, so it may not be ideal for draft beer, though it still should work for soda or beer.
The second photo shows it hooked up to a tank for testing. No tank or hoses are included.
It was used to in a closed concession business for soda. I hooked it up to a corney keg and pressurized some sparkling water at home to test it and it worked as expected.
I also sprayed soapy water on the connects and I put new Teflon on one connection and a new rubber washer on the tank connection and it did not leak in my test.
A steel wrench that can remain mounted on the regulator for quick install / removal will be included, as shown in the photos.
The sticker on the front lists it as a 1,800 PSI max on the inlet and the the high side valve is rated at 2,000 PSI max.
I adjusted the low side pressure screw up and down and it adjusted as expected.
I already have a regulator, so I'm selling this one.
